Martinigans are one of the most beautiful traditions in autumn — juicy, crunchy and simply a treat for the whole family or close friends. With us, you can now enjoy this delicacy as a complete goose in happiness.

What to expect:
A whole martinigans from East Tyrolean farmers Dolomite goose & co, is lovingly prepared by us and is served to you as a ready-made menu. For this to work perfectly, we ask you to pre-order in advance.

The menu includes:

- Home-made spreads & bread‍

- Fine cream soup‍

- Half or a whole goose (depending on the number of people) with goose sauce, apple cabbage and potato dumplings‍
