Passion for taste

What lies behind our culinary philosophy can be summed up very well: We use fresh and, if possible, regional ingredients and take enough time to prepare the most delicious creations for our guests.

Our dad Karl is the chef at Dresch and does this work with exceptional passion and dedication. He loves experimenting, playing with spices and working on new ideas, which we can then present in our restaurant.

This ingenuity always results in exceptional taste experiences, which not only make our guests smile, but have also consistently given the restaurant a Gault Millau toque since 2013. Visit our gourmet restaurant Dresch and let these wonderful delicacies melt in peace and quiet.

By the way, we always welcome little guests as well. We have an exciting and shady playground where they can let off steam so that the coffee after dinner can still be enjoyed in peace and quiet for their parents.
