HOSTING VIA WEBFLOW

Our website is operated by Webflow, a website builder and hosting service provided by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Webflow stores all content on this website and, as part of hosting, automatically processes information that your browser transmits (e.g. IP address, time of access, user agent, referrer URL, pages viewed). This data is usually stored on servers in the USA. We have concluded an order processing contract with Webflow (Art. 28 GDPR), in which Webflow undertakes to comply with EU data protection standards. The transfer of personal data to a third country (USA) is based on the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) adopted by the EU Commission in accordance with Article 46 (2) lit. c GDPR. These clauses oblige Webflow to maintain an appropriate level of data protection. Please note that despite contractual and technical precautions, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities may access personal data without you, as the data subject, being entitled to effective legal protection. We will inform you about this in accordance with Art. 13 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Legal basis
The processing of your personal data as part of hosting is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online offering in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. via our cookie consent banner), processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO — the consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Storage period
In principle, Webflow only stores personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the contractually agreed services or as long as there are legal storage obligations. Server log data is usually automatically deleted after 30 days. More information
For more information about data processing by Webflow, please see Webflow's privacy policy: https://webflow.com/legal/privacy

YOUR RIGHTS

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
