A healthy environment is close to our hearts. As a family-run business, we have been looking ahead for generations—with our children and grandchildren in mind. Sustainable management was already a core value for our grandparents when they ran the business.

Our environmental achievements‍

Regional suppliers, seasonal products, and short transport routes are top priorities at our hotel and restaurant. We grow certain herbs in our own garden, the eggs come from our grandmother's farm, and we make our own homemade ice cream. We achieve energy efficiency thanks to our wood chip heating system. We use modern technology and are always mindful of the conscious use of resources. We also ensure environmentally friendly cleaning and encourage environmentally conscious behavior not only among our staff but also our guests. These are many of the measures we take to make an active contribution to protecting our environment. ‍
