HERB MENU — REVIEW

On May 24, 2024, we welcomed our guests to a very special culinary experience: The finest dish from Kaiserweis — a multi-course meal inspired by the fascinating world of herbs. The evening was accompanied by renowned herbal expert Maria Bachmann, who enriched the menu in a unique way with her knowledge and passion for herbs.

Each course was accompanied by Maria Bachmann, who gave interesting insights into the effects and uses of the various herbs.

- herb flower salad I apple balm dressing I grilled mushrooms I kernel oil I kernels I apple chips

- Wild herb soup I basil pine nut ravioli

- char fillet I borage risotto I white wine foam

- corn breast I goutweed cream I mini carrots I corn turnips I potato strudel

- Curd dumplings I strawberry mint salad I lavender ice cream I pine top syrup


Not only the fine food, but also the cozy atmosphere and the exchange of ideas made this evening very special. The combination of special food, creative drinks, inspiring knowledge and social gatherings left a lasting impression on all guests.
