SHORT HIKE — BREATHTAKING VIEW

Calvary in Erl is a historic and spiritual place that attracts both locals and visitors with its peaceful atmosphere and impressive views of the surrounding landscape. It is not only a place of reflection and refreshment, but also a wonderful vantage point from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Erl and the Tyrolean Inn Valley with the surrounding mountains.

Calvary is primarily known for its stations of the cross. These were created in collaboration with the well-known artist Anton Christian from Natters. At the last station of the cross, there are three crosses where you can sit down on a bench and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The hike to Calvary is not demanding and from our inn and hotel you can reach the viewpoint in around 45 minutes. The trail leads through beautiful natural scenery and offers wonderful views of the surrounding landscape again and again along the way.
