Thomas Moser, Chef at to LINAE — Taproom & Restaurant, is one of the most creative minds on the Tyrolean culinary scene. After stints with Alexander Fankhauser, Christian Bau and Sigwart's Tiroler Weinstuben, he has been shaping the award-winning cuisine at zur LINAE since 2016 — exciting, regional and always surprising.
