OUR ST. MARTIN'S GOOSE MENU from Nov 6th – Nov 17th, 2026

St. Martin's goose is a staple of our autumn season – succulent and roasted to perfection with crispy skin, served with all the classic sides. It’s the perfect meal for those looking to enjoy quality time with family or friends.

Our geese come from the Osttiroler Hof Dolomite Goose & Co., and we prepare them fresh to serve as a complete menu. Since we only order exactly as many geese as we need, we kindly ask that you pre-order.

The menu includes:

• Homemade spreads & bread
• Cream soup
• St. Martin's goose with gravy, braised red cabbage with apples, and potato dumplings
• Dessert selection
